The goal of Gradnite is to provide a fun and safe environment for our senior students to celebrate their accomplishments. This celebration is a gift from us, their parents. In order to accomplish this, all parents are encouraged to participate.

Help make Grad Nite 2009 a success by volunteering in any way that you can.

Please fill out a separate form for each volunteer.

If the volunteer is not a parent (e.g. brother, grandparent or neighbor) please make a note in the Comments section about their relationship to the Senior student.

All volunteers must be 21 years of age or older.

Instructions:

1) Please download the volunteer form and save to your computer. 2) Complete the form, and attach it in an email to Steph Barry. 3) You can also print out the form and take it to the Westview office and have it placed in the Gradnite Mailbox.
