The goal of Gradnite is to provide a fun and safe environment for our senior students to celebrate their accomplishments. This celebration is a gift from us, their parents. In order to accomplish this, all parents are encouraged to participate. Help make Grad Nite 2010 a success by volunteering in any way that you can. Please fill out a separate form for each volunteer. If the volunteer is not a parent (e.g. brother, grandparent or neighbor) please make a note in the Comments section about their relationship to the Senior student. All volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. Instructions:
		1) Please download the volunteer form and save to your computer. 2) Complete the form, and attach it in an email to Shae Mitchell . 3) You can also print out the form and take it to the Westview office and have it placed in the Gradnite Mailbox.
